Who is Sulayla Beauty?

Sulayla Beauty is an online beauty retailer offering high-quality hair and beauty products directly to consumers. We are based in the United Kingdom and ship both domestically and internationally.

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

No, we only sell directly to consumers and do not offer wholesale or B2B services.

Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website:

  1. Add items to your shopping basket.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Complete payment securely using Revolut Pay or PayPal.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

We accept:

  • Revolut Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us immediately at support@sulaylabeauty.com with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned to us at your expense for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship both within the UK and internationally.

Delivery costs depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Exact charges will be displayed during checkout.

  • UK Orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination and local postal services.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if tracking is available).

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 28-day no-quibble returns policy for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email returns@sulaylabeauty.com to initiate the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sulaylabeauty.com.  We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any postage costs.

Products & Stock

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We regularly restock popular items, so please check back soon. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@sulaylabeauty.com for an estimated restock date.

We do not currently offer product samples.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to manufacturer updates or digital screen differences.

Promotions & Discounts

How do I use a promotional code?

Enter your promotional code at checkout to apply the discount. Please note that only one code can be used per order.

We do not currently offer student discounts, but we frequently run promotions and sales. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, and receive updates on promotions.

Your personal information is securely stored and used only for order processing and customer service. We do not share your information with third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@sulaylabeauty.com.  Please note that deleting your account will remove all order history.
