What is your returns policy?
We offer a 28-day no-quibble returns policy for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email returns@sulaylabeauty.com to initiate the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
